Roamset.com is an independent travel advisory platform operated by Sanjeev Bhasin.
Sanjeev Bhasin is an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.
Roamset provides travel advisory services, travel research, itinerary planning, supplier introductions, and booking assistance.
All reservations are subject to supplier availability and supplier terms.
Prices, availability, taxes, fees, exchange rates and promotions may change without notice until confirmed.
Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining:
• Valid passports
• Visas
• Health documentation
• Entry permits
• Vaccination requirements
Payment terms are determined by the travel supplier and may vary by booking.
Cancellation policies are determined by the supplier.
Refunds, credits, and penalties are subject to the supplier’s rules.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
Roamset acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and travel suppliers.
Roamset does not own, operate or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators or transportation providers.
Roamset shall not be liable for:
• Flight delays
• Cancellations
• Supplier insolvency
• Weather disruptions
• Acts of God
• Government restrictions
• Service failures by suppliers
Roamset shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control, including pandemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions or transportation disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
